At The Living Room, we offer free group therapy for adults affected by addiction, as well as support for family members, partners, friends and carers—whatever stage of the journey their loved one is on.
Recovery isn’t the same for everyone, so we don’t put a time limit on how long you can stay with us.
You’ll be supported by experienced counsellors who understand recovery first-hand. Together, you’ll:
You’ll also have a dedicated Recovery Counsellor who will get to know you and support you throughout your journey.
We follow a programme that supports people to move towards abstinence (stopping addictive behaviours altogether), with the right support around them
Our focus is on helping you:
You don’t have to have everything sorted before reaching out.
If you’re still using drugs or alcohol, or struggling with compulsive behaviours, but want to move towards abstinence, we can help you take the next step. We’ll connect you with local services that can support you to reduce safely until you’re ready to join our programme.
